DS has lost his community veggie patch this year due to a new list system I wasn't told about. However we may get the patch back next year Confused

It's his big "destress therapy" so fook knows what I'll do next time he gets stressed (cahms a no-go and yoga just not our thing) - cue a summer of melt downs with no respite. (I find a potter and a bit o weeding keeps me sane too!) New ideas on a postcard for calming DS please?

We have no garden, so I now need to find a home for a strawberry patch and various fruit bushes.

I was wound up enough a months late OT report that makes as much sense as a marshmallow already. My flat feels like it's falling down around my ears as various things wear out and I can't afford to replace them.

Do you ever just want things to run smoothly for a few months?

Och that's rubbish! Do you know anyone with a garden that would let you work on it in return for a share of the spoils?

Maybe try the local paper and see if anyone can offer him a garden with a patch in instead?

hugh fernley whittingstall (sp) (River Cottage) does a 'landshare' thing where people log on and link up, might be worth a look?

The others have beaten me to it, with the suggestion about asking around

Local Age Concern may know of an elderly local prson who cannot manage their garden. I expect he'd need to be CR'b though.

take it you're not in Merseyside? as I'ld willingly let him work on my scruffy back garden!

Local environmental charities? There are several who operate community gardening schemes in our area (E.London.)
