Dd as you all know has been SIB lately and we have a 13 week wait to see Camhs (if that's urgent god knows when we would be seen if it wasn't)
Anyway she has very recently started chewing all of her sleeves on her clothes and I was very upset as she chewed a gorgeous cardi bought for xmas.
She also will bite her doll's heads, her brother, just anything really.
It's almost like she enjoys the feeling.
Anyone else had this?

My ds 9 does this and he chews everything in site! He has just started chewing on his leg and when i tell him to stop he dosen't even realise he's doing it, his leg will be all red and sore looking. I have been told it's to do with his anxiety disorder.

Blossomhill, my NT 6 yr-old chews his sleeves, and judging by the state of their cuffs loads of his mates do it as well. It's surprisingly common.
