My DD has been referred for one on one tuition at something called SWIFT. Apparently it's like school only there are only 6 children with 4 teachers. As she was referred to them by school (last week and just got the call today 
), I get the feeling it's like a pupil referral unit and I'm not sure that, that's a good thing for her.
Does anyone else know of it or have experience of it?
