As you has hand - foot & mouth so is off school for a week.

I keep trying to explain to her that she can't go school that day but she just doesn't understand - she's desperate to be the angel and keeps singing all the songs to us

She missed sports day in the summer due to an MRI scan - and what with all the rehersals they've had recently she's been on a high.

I am so sorry for her FD Really tough on her and it isn't fair.

Can you give her a really special day at home? Or get her to do them for you and a friend or family? And really lay it on thick how great she is?

Don't feel guilty FD; not your fault.

It's really hard and I am not sure there is any way of making it seem less hard for her. I know DD would be devasted too. They are still so little at 3 really.
