Have a look at this 2007 UK review of dyspraxia
Dyspraxia or developmental coordination disorder? Unravelling the enigma
and they do not mention ed psychs as part of a possible assessment team.

No they can't and according to my paed, neither can they. Only a OT can diagnose dyspraxia.

Yes you can get a private dx from a private OT - there are some about and it is possible to get them to do an assessment and dx. I looked into it about 4 yrs ago and it was about £250. Any therapy would have been extra.

And no, as the others have ed psychs can't dx dyspraxia.
