Just been turned down for statutory assessment. Ed psych wrote a report for them but didn't to my knowledge see DD again. She did see her back last November. Am I entitled to ask to see this latest report and if so do I just ask for a copy? I do have a copy of the original report.

Yes, of course you are. Just ask. It was probably a copy of what she wrote last time. She has probably seen hundreds of kids since last November so won't necessarily remember anything much about your dc other than what she wrote in her report.

I can't say for sure but I think you would be entitled to see the report. Paed told us that we were entitled to see all reports professionals write and if an individual refuses ask them why?

I always ask for copies of any reports done on DS so yes is the answer xx

Yes you are entitled to see it if dd is in school they should be able to give you a copy. Otherwise just ring Ed psych and ask.

Yes you are entitled to see it. Are you planning to appeal?
