And can you attach a buggy board to them? Do they fold down to something reasonably sized or do they stay huge?
We're going to Spain for our Easter hols next year and I'm trying to work out transport from plane to hire car, as I'll be flying with my three kids (6, 4, 2) on my own for the journey there. I've had such problems before with not getting the pushchair back at the plane, so was hoping that they'd be a bit more cooperative if I had a SN pushchair.

aren't they called Maclaren Major Special Needs Buggies ? (or something catchy like that ?)

thanks hub2dee, the Major is umbrella-folding, I'm trying to remember the name of the three-wheeler a few people here have.

I think this is one... but it's not one that anyone seems to use. Doubtless someone with a bit more experience will see your post later !

oh thanks! That's the one, and the website I was after, too.
