Child psychiatrist for tribunal

Can anyone recommend a good child psychiatrist who can do an assessment and report for an SEN tribunal? I was referred to Dr Richard Soppitt but he seems to be booked up for months ahead.

is he a child psychiatrist then? He wasnt referred to as that when my son had a brief, and i mean extremely brief! meet with him during a camhs tier 3 assessment, he asked my son 1 question and asked him to catch a ball. That was his developmental check?! i take it your in maidstone/kent area? I had a private 1st assessment completed at a clinic in Sevenoaks, cant think of the name of it now, Godden Green rings a bell, lovely child psychiatrist. My GP recommended them to me. I can hunt out the assessment letter for the contact number if you like
