wow! ds put his own socks on

Really wondered if he'd ever manage it. He was playing with the clean damp clothes on clothes horse - sigh - and next thing he'd got them on.
Interestingly he put them on over another pair so maybe easier as toes didn-t catch. Ds is five with gdd and asd and very proud of himself just now Grin

Just wanted to share that I had a big breakthrough on my DS putting socks on properly when I moved away from 100% cotton to something like 50 % acrylic. They are just so much stretchier and easier to get on, particularly after washing, so it it has made life a lot easier!

DS2 is the same age and just about manages to put socks on, but the heel is always upside down.
