my ds went to the ASD playscheme today. First time, (for 5 -7yrs, he is 4.5) I was so anixous I felt sick when I dropped him off, kept checking my phone...he had a lovely time! No problems at all (well, wet pants cos they believed him when he said 'no' to a toilet visit, but they now know 'don't take no for an answer' 
)
No tears, no melt downs, no escapes, Yippee and Yahoo, (he has of course done new things before, but they have always needed easing into over time.)
