For once, an organisation that delivers what it promises. We have just taken dd on the Eye, and telephoned to ask how we could avoid the 30-40 min queue to get on, and whether we could be in a pod with fewer people, as dd freaks out if she is surrounded by lots of people. Sure enough, we were met at the information desk by a member of staff, who took us through the fast track entrance. We had to Queue to board a pod, but only for one length of rope, which took about 5 mins. When we came to board, the guys kept us back until he got another 2 families of 4, and we had a pod with 12 people in, rather than the 28 they were packing in as it was half term week. DD loved it, and I can't believe it went so well. Thank you London Eye for a wonderful trip - hooray for finding a disabled friendly popular attraction!
