holidays..we can dream can't we?

Hello all. Has anyone been on a 'Skiing for All holiday'? They're holidays tailor made for children with SN, the price is for 25 hours of activities per week stay for SN child, not including accom or flights.

They seem to have a good ethos and the description sounds absolutely lovely..!

They've sent me an email for a summer hol (link here) which actually looks really good.

Of course we couldnt afford it so I'm just curious really..Or could we..

however the price for ds (not including flights and accom) is what we would pay for hols for the family for a couple of years (there isn't an emoticon for poor but happy, unfortunately )

If we win the lottery we will know where to look.

It looks lovely, but not very well named I think, as it is only for well off folks!

And if you don't use accommodation they recommend, you have to pay and extra 140 euro!

Think that it's a good thing which would be a fantastic thing if it really was within reach of most people. x

I know. There is absolutely no way I can afford it. But it does sound like my perfect holiday- including dd and still having a holiday!

We've tried lots of differnet things- I have a touring caravan and we do as much of that as we can during long hols, but its really hard work for me cos there's no time out, and my kids like to do differnt activities. Last year we went to stay with a friend who lives in the Balaerics, off season, again REALLY hard work (but managed to get dd in a plane for first tme in 10 years !!YAY!!, so that was well worth it..)

Year before we went to France on a Haven holiday, took the bikes, including dd's adult size trike, on a trailer, that was a pretty good holiday actually, but the weather wasnt great.

Its so hard to get it right for everyone! When she was younger she used to go to her dads while me, ds and pals would go away. But she hasnt been to dads at all now for nearly 3 years!
