Looking to set sitting service up network UK wide

I operate a sitting service for children with special needs and want to set up a network UK wide from eack major town/city. Please contact me if interested? Thank you.

Who would be the employer? I would presume that you as the agency would be the employer and thus operate PAYE. Then parents could use direct payments without needing to become employers themselves. Staff would be on Zero hour contracts, which is how things work in Nursery Temping.

I would definitely be interested. Been looking to do something from home for a while, particularly SEN related. I also think it's an invaluable service as I know how difficult it is to get out with an SN child. Can I PM you to get more details?
