Please write to the govt by 14 February and tell them why legal aid should not be withdrawn for education / disability matters. The govt says these are not life and death issues but a matter of personal choice and legal aid is not needed as parents can use helplines and represent themselves. This directly contradicts what Brian Lamb found in his review of SEN as he said all children should get legal aid as SEN tribunals were so complex.
