feeling depressed

I feel lethargic and depressed today , its all such hard work disabled DH , ASD son and two teens and to make matters worse I dont drink anymore lol wish my mum was still here (she died 3 years ago) boy how we rely on our mums she always said you will miss me when im gone when we were kids ...was she ever right

I don't drink either, I can recommend chocolate though.

sorry to hear this, was feeling a bit sorry for myself earlier, without half your reasons for doing so.

I offer you a virtual arm round the shoulder and a cuppa and a malted milk (we are at the end of the biscuit barrel here am afraid) x

So sorry you're feeling crappy, do you have anyone you're close to who you can use as a surrogate mum for hugs etc? Have this too and I'll put the kettle on.

lol im outta them too my eldest DS is on a seafood diet u know teens ty

I dont drink either but just sometimes I wish I did! :)

hope feeding the zoo passed reasonably ok. My DS had a meltdown just before our dinner so it was a bit chaotic to say the least :o

Heybetty just wanted to let you know (along with the other posters) that you are being listened to.

My DH disabled too and know that sometimes pressures of caring for him and for son with ASD pulls me in opposite directions..

Be kind to self.
