17 weeks after agreeing under the duress of a looming sendist tribunal to produce a statement for my son - it arrives.

It's a load of carp as well which will take ages to sort out and has been sent out with no advices so I don't know what they are referring to in the actual proposed statement.

They have concentrated on his dyspraxia and hardly mention his ASD needs either. This process has taken 18 months so far!

They are obliged to send you a copy of the appendices containing all the evidence submitted. It's a pain but as you say just complain in writing. (Bear in mind the unnecessary delays, failure to follow procedure will all count in your favour if you end up going down the sendist route again).

Sendist form is filled out ready to go in the post.

They haven't used the private reports, I can still use them for Sendist can't I, they are about a year old now?

I'm sure I read on a previous thread that people have successfully used reports which are a year old - I presume lea's reports are no more up to date than your's?

Exactly pinkoroid! Was thinking of sending new reports (ot and asd speech therapist and ados result) to paed and ed psych and asking them to update their advice?
