There is a great book called something like girls growing up on the Autism spectrum and it covers all these subjects. It's a great book and really helps you as a parent understand what is going on and ways to approach it.

I have ASD daughter aged 13 and would really reccomend [http://www.amazon.co.uk/Taking-Care-Myself-Personal-Curriculum/dp/1885477945/ref=sr_1_1?s=books&ie=UTF8&qid=1295990395&sr=1-1 this book]. Its social stories which work brilliantly for my low ability dd.

She's just started her periods and thanks to this its been a really smooth process- so far!

Its a bit american, but I adapt the stories anyway, inclde pictures and laminate them so she can re-visit them.
