Down Syndrome story on today's This morning....

Did anyone else see the really lovely story on 'This Morning' today about the couple with Down Syndrome who have just got married?

Have to say it made me cry it was so sweet / inspirational, especially when the lady said that since she has been married her "heart was full of magic"- It's really good to see such a positive story in the media

Just watched it. I know quite a lot of married couples who have learning difficulties through my work (live in a city) and it's brilliant when people who often feel outsiders can find someone to share their lives with. I bet those mothers fought hard every step of the way for housing, care package etc. How nice for their parents to know when they die their loved ones won't be left alone.
