dvla stopped because they say my ds is normal 15 yr old

i have been told by dvla that my son who has epilepsy and chiari malformation plus other things wrong and occassionally uses a wheelchair that he is a normal 15 yr old and does not need extra help... where do these people get off... i ould love to come here and spend a week of sleepless night,changing beds,trying to change a 15 yr old on your own .

can you appeal the decision if it is DLA and get the support of your sons paediatrician?

Just write and ask tehm to look at it again, stating what you find to be wrong.

if that doesn't work, or in fact whilst you are doing that go to the CAB and get them to look through all you have to say.
