Council call my 4 year old little girl a danger to her self and others being in a wheelchair

My little girl as spina bifida/ hydrocephalus she's a bright little girl and wanted to go to school like her brothers , we went to the school met by are local council they refused to leave her in the nursary painting and was dragged into a meetin with us only to be told she could not go to her brothers school because they thought she was a danger to her self and others being a wheelchair user , I also wanted her to beable to play on floor like others but they called her a liability because people could trip over her , Ashley sat there listening to the facts she couldn't go to a school with her brothers I was so mad at the council , I then refused all my children into school they now go to a diff school and Ashley a seprate nursary but when she's old enough shell go to school with her brothers , I think it's wrong the way children with disabilitys get treated and there parents , I mean ashleys in a nursary now happy pushing her self and being like the other kids won't speak much because she here's so much bad stuff being said

Bloody hell! Drives me mad when they say stuff like that IN FRONT OF YOUR CHILD. It's like having a disability makes you incapable of thinking/feeling/hearing.
Unfortunately no advice as not in the UK but bumping for you as I hope someone will be along soon. Hope she wasn't too upset!!

FFS!!!! How dare they say that at all, let alone in front of her? That's the most blatent discrimination imaginable! Well done you for refusing to accept it

I'm glad you agree It was awful hard on my 6 year old to leave the school but I do bring them up to stick up for each other my other little boy who's 8 as issues him self and he was with me on this so we stuck together , the council as addmited what they done so far and I'm takin em to a tribunral but what had me they stuck up for the woman who said this sayin she's good with children with specail needs ,Ashley won't talk to anyone outside the house even in school because she's listened to things being said about her and I no I'm not the only one but my familys been treated terrible in the last 4 years even though we've done nothing wrong
