hello everyone just to say my son had a great appt today the therapist said he is very behind his age with coordination and he is very hypotonic he is going to attend a weekly exercise group as well so very happy.

Brilliant. Its that sense of relief that a professional actually understands and agrees with you. My DS went to weekly groups. They had boys - all of a similar size - and made it really fun. Some things were races, some were teams some creative. He really enjoyed being in a similar peer group for ability. It was like the first real level playing field. He had as much chance of winning/achieving as everyone else. A real confidence booster.
