Don't often come on here with a gush but can't resist today.
It is dd's 3rd birthday, and it is the first year that I have actually felt really happy about it, without those bittersweet pangs. She has had a lovely day at her new (SN) nursery (which is fab) and with her childminder. But the best bit was this morning when I read out her card to her and said "Lots of Love, Mumma" and she looked all pleased and said "mum-ma" back... she has being saying mumma for a while but this was the first time she seemed to be really saying it for me.
And then I got a DLA letter through saying we continue to get high rate care AND we get high rate mobility AND the award is for 5 years (some of you may have known me moan about fact this was our 3rd application in less than 3 years!).
So all round feeling really positive and happy today .
