My son has DS and is at a mainstream school. He has very sensitive bowels, one minute leakage and constipation, next explosive pooh events. One such happened today as his guts have not settled down after flu jab and the bunch of grapes he managed to eat the other day (lol). Every time this happens we have to explain that it is part of DS and not him being ill. Am a bit tired of it, he has been there over a year now, it isn't as if it is a new thing. luckily they have a shower at the school, it was needed today.
