DD's rescheduled tertiary referral appt at neurosciences unit in Glasgow is tomorrow morning (had to cancel in November as she was sick)

They are still talking about Rett and such things and I am SCARED. Sad

And I realised my iPad changed 'motor skills' to 'mortar skills' for some reason, above..

I think extra wine is required!

Ill raise a glass with you later...DP is back to work today (bad back), visited a new school for DD today :)...love it, DP has a second interview for a decent job....passing out good vibes and wine! Grin

I'll pour some extra wine on your behalf, fanjo. I have chocolate, too, but don't tell anyone else.

At least with being so negative you know the worst position - and then any success from here on in is down to you - as they have said they can do nothing.
Put an extra bottle of something in to chill for when you have the needles - that sounds horrendous - my body shivered at the thought.
I loved the 'mortar' skills - i think i prefer it to 'motor'. When i see my DS after he has tried to do something that takes any degree of accuracy (eating/dressing etc), it does look like a bomb has hit him!
Enjoy the Cava Grin

Thanks all!

Have had the needles before, it wasn't nice but not agony. You 'd think once in a lifetime would be enough for one person to expect!

On a positive note DD is back to nursery tomorrow Grin

But DH is working away until Sat! Sad

Hi, just catching up! Another stage in the process complete, it's never ending! They all seem the same, neurologists, geneticists just trot out life changing statements like they're telling you you have a cold!
