NI number re DLA claim?

This will teach me to reach the little booklets with the forms more thoroughly, I suppose.

I didn't even think about NI number. DS2 doesn't have one (I presume anyway). Do I actually have to apply and get this before I can turn in the DLA claim? Because if I do, I'm going to just go out lay down in the road in front of a truck right now..... Confused

I didn't - I just put the child benefit number on it and it went through fine.

I second that. I was worried and left a note on my form. they phoned me and told me they would allocate her one and not to worry.

Filling in the form has a tendency to make one lie down in roadways anyway. I hope yours is finished now.
