Like everyone in my house ATM, DS2 has a bad cough. We have been trying to get him to cough with his hand over his mouth, and he is remmbering to do it 75% of the time.
However, he now thinks he has to cover every orrifice that air escapes out of, so he is now also covering his bum when he farts 
Has been very amusing watching him do it.
