I've got a really nasty Boyle on my bottom

I've got a horrible Boyle on my bottom.
It's incredibly ugly and painful.
I just can't live with this Boyle.

Do you have any suggestions as to how to rid myself of this hideous affliction?

Always heard you had to lance a Boyle with a hot sharp needle - I shouldn't bother sterilising the needle this time though, bit pointless with all that oozing pus inside...

Agree re: lance with very hot needle/burn it off

Nuke it from orbit. It's the only way to be sure.
