Early Bird Course

Has anyone done the Early Bird course and did you find it useful. Many thanks

I have done another NAS course - and really enjoyed meeting local parents who were facing the same challenges as us.

I have and I did find it useful as did my partner!!!

I went on Earlybird in the summer. I read up on stuff a lot myself, so I can't say it taught me too much new stuff, but meeting other parents in the same boat was priceless. We used to vent and support each other a lot (a bit like on here). I still keep in touch with some of them.
How old is your DD? We had one mum there whose DS was older than ours, and she ended up transferring to EarlyBird Plus.
Being videoed isn't really my idea of fun, but it does help you to look at yourself objectively and you're all in the same boat!

Did all the DPs attend? how did you get them to come?

We have just missed out on a place for the next one in January so now have to wait until September I was shocked that they only run twice a year for max of 6 families in our area.
