Ds has a behavioural plan. We have fortnightly meetings. At a significant review 3 weeks ago, it was subitted by all that ds was doing wonderfully. I asked if he was displaying inappropriate behaviours such as urinating in odd places etc but was told by ta, no, he does not. I cold not read the questionnaire filled in by school because the photocopier broke down.

Imagine my surprise last week when I was finally given a copy of the staff questionnaire. It said that CT was concerned about weeing, hitting etc.

I feel that the person doing the IBP was very biased in report written for panel because everyone went on how well he was doing. However, it seems as if it is too late to complain about that as panel will not be meeting again until May. Also feel it is unfair that person doing behaviour plan, who is supposed to be impartial, ommitted important informationand made me feel as if I was making ds's problems up and is now getting away with it.

what should I do?

How is the school generally-do you think that the photocopier 'breaking down' was an excuse-was CT at the meeting?- obviously what was said in the meeting does not agree with report-Do you have a designated case worker at LA?I would ring up and complain and send a copy of report in(though they should have seen it anyway) I would write a letter to school and take it to the governors if you think the school lied.

intothewest - CT was at meeting. Relationship with school not good as they want to keep ds there and we want to move him.

Star - I was not allowed to go to the panel meeting. Have requested for copies all papers submitted to panel from case worker and she said she was preparing them. Parent Partnership said whether or not FOI, they had 15 days to respond - I am going to exhaust this method first before FOI.

Problem is school. They keep denying any problems. I know if I ask for incidence book, there will either be nothing in it or it would be weeded out.

Wanted panel to agree to move ds to an asd unit.

Well, tribunal, here we come.
