DLA and cold weather payments

Am I right in thinking DLA does not guarantee the above. If you are working and getting a certain income it is not paid? Is this right?

Though if you're old, you can be a millionaire and still get it Hmm!

Not sure - my son gets DLA but I also work. I wasn't even expecting the £10 "Christmas Bonus" - it probably gave us a good few hours of heat though so was very welcome. The property we are in is cold and I have had DS in with me for the last week as he is very restless/kicks covers off and freezes. At least I can ensure he is warm cuddled up to me.
