Im considering buying one of these for DDs. Especially DD2 who wakes btween 3-5am everyday.
Where have you got them from? Wheres cheapest? and would you recommend them?

We borrowed one for DS but didn't have much success. It was about £100 so we didn't want to commit unless it worked.

Another parent I know actually got a cheap feather duvet instead. The feather is heavier than a normal duvet and sort of sinks around you. She said it had the same effect on her DS as a weighted blanket but for a fraction of the cost.

Might be worth a try?

Borrowed it from our school. We have a fab SENCO who has a few blankets for kids to use at school.

I haven't done much research though - maybe you can hire them?

I have just purchased one for DS - cost me £108 which is alot, have been convinced by his weighted vest so am hoping that the blanket will have the same effect, my DS is terrible at staying asleep - he stays in bed but he sings loudly at 3am Confused
