DLA - Got MRC but not mobility, do I ask them to reconsider? WWYD?

I just spoke to DWP, who read me the decision maker response. The standard letter sent out says MRC until 2015...better than we had hoped, but the mobility element says no to HRM and will contact us when DD is 5. She is 5. She was during the application process. So I called and they said it was a 'standard' letter but DD was refused LRM as her supervision needs are no more than a child of her age. If I ask for a reconsideration the whole application will be looked at by another decision maker and could go up or down or change the time period.

I do think DD should get LRM as she is much slower than other DCs, has irrational fears, meltdowns, cannot process verbal information (sometimes is quite terrified of people speaking to her) or communicate well, has no sense of danger and has obsessive routines and rituals when out and about.....different level of supervision to a NT 5 year old.

I am concerned they did not read my evidence...26 pages, 3 statements, dx, salt report and a few extra bits. As the letter states the 'medical report' was used to make the decision. But DWP say decisions are not based on medical condition! Hmm They processed our claim in 2 days! A record...or a rush job???

But I am so torn as I dont want to risk losing her award. :(

Thanks Northernsky, I do think DD should only get LRM, I asked if it was treated as under 5 but the lady just carried on reading the report and said it was for all mobility HR and LR. Im not so sure though.
