Not in anyway comparable to others but I got to write DS IEP, no changes, all agreed!
AND get the school to send out my comments/ammendments WITH the minutes of the last professionals meeting rather as an insignificant afterthought.
I feel that at last the school are taking me seriously, realise I know what I am doing and can be helpful or .... er not so helpful and are paying attention.
I almost feel sick because of it. I didn't get to throw all my learned by heart policy document quotes or request their complaints procedure/SEN policy etc for either and I was expecting to.
Not complaining though. Hope it is all real.
