Offering special needs childcare in Leicester

I am just throwing myself out there really! I am 2 years into training to be a children's nurse and I am offering babysitting for children with special needs.

Before I did my nurse training, I worked in respite, and was a carer for my young brother with ASD. I have worked with children with ASD, epilepsy, C-P, downs syndrome and global delay, to name just a few conditions! I've also worked with children as a nanny who do not have additional needs.

I posted the same message a couple of days ago, but put a silly thread title, then couldn't work out how to change it! Sorry!

I have a real passion to work with children who have special needs and learning disabilities, and I can't wait until I qualify so that I can get payed to do it! In the mean time, I can offer my services as a babysitter. I am CRB checked (have another one due to arrive in the post very soon!), have first aid certificates, administration of diazepam and midazolam, and epipen training.

If there is anything you'd like to know, you can contact me on here (I think) and if not, post on the message and I can give you my email address.

I am based in Leicester City Centre, and I am happy to accept direct payments and do respite care too.

Love Charlie
