Why are some people so rude....!!!

Been waiting for my DS full diagnosis report since September now and without it the school cannot make referrals apparently to different places for help etc!!

I called today to ask about it and the women was so rude.....don't think they understand sometimes!!!

GGGRRR just needed a rant!!!

She had probably just put the phone down from some horrible person who was rude to her and hadn't had time to compose herself

It can be very frustrating...in the end I went to the office to collect mine as the receptionist lied that she had posted it a week earlier and it was on her desk. Im taking my own copies into school as Im sure she hasnt passed them on yet either. When in doubt...DIY! :) ...polite email to the office maybe?

Done that and they didn't reply to me so called them twice!!! I think all well and good and I know they are busy but the school wont do anything without this report (god knows as they have a summary!!!) xx
