Nightmare - I accidentally missed a zero when I filled in my account number on our application form - I phoned straight away to let them know. Four letters from them, two from me, six phone calls later and they still haven't changed it!!!

What an idiot. I probably would have been very rude to him/her.
Great news about your Dd.Grin.

Al1son · 02/11/2010 13:09

Because of course consultants can never be wrong and should never be questioned should they? I won't use the language I want to use to describe him. If nothing else he has handled his part in all this very badly and and they've treated you appallingly.

It's really lovely to hear that it's all over. I hope you can put this all behind you very soon.

How's your DH?

KatyMac · 02/11/2010 13:35

I've recently completed forms for DLA. We're already in receipt of it but need to query something and had to fill the whole bloody form out again.

They wrote yesterday. They are still getting my name wrong.........and his name wrong........and NI no. is incorrect.

A shambles. Utter shambles.

Al1son · 02/11/2010 23:10

I hope he's better soon. You deserve a bit of a smooth patch in your lives now.

KatyMac · 03/11/2010 21:06
