Still confused about the benefit cuts

Hi all.
From what I can make out there will be cuts/changes to working age means tested benefits, which in theory would affect our Income Support and Carers Allowance as they are in these categories.

I also believe that as we have 2 on DLA in the house the £500/week cap won't apply?

Really confused, does anyone know of anywhere that can clarify this information?

here is the spending review, point 1.61 about half way down page 28 is the info you are looking for

basically benefits are capped at £500 a week for couple and lone parent households and £350 for a single adult household. DLA claimants, war widows and those in receipt of WTC are exempt from this cap

yes i worried for while when said Dla claimnets but then re read and realised if theres a claiment in the house
