Jimjams · 13/09/2005 08:09

ds1 says muummmmuuuummeeeee mmuuuuummmeeeeee And everyone thinks he is saying Mummy, nut he;s not. Mummy is nanig.

Davros · 13/09/2005 19:04

I know what it is! She's got it from the scene in Peter's Friends where Emma Thompson goes "peterpeterpeter"
Sorry Fio, didn't mean to imply that she isn't saying a "real" word, interested to hear what the school's theory is!

Fio2 · 13/09/2005 19:33

well you will laugh as I wrote in her school book "who is peter is he one of her friends? "

and it was totally ignored

i think he is her classmate davros as she can actually say a couple of the other kids names aswell, its just peterpeterpeter seems to be hysterically funny. it might just be a 'sound' thoiugh as I havent a clue I have no idea!

oh no- I've been wondering all day (seriously inbetween arguing about disabled parking )

Fio2 · 13/09/2005 20:37

I am going to ask again tommorrow!lol

I hope he is a clasmate and that the school dont think he is my other fella, i have problems with ds at nursery doing pictures for wayne and I have to keep explaining to them it is my husbands friend and ds keeps saying "no,no its mummy's!"

I hate that when they ignore something you've written in the home/school book!

Fio2 · 14/09/2005 16:02

mystery solved

Peter is in dd's class. We think she really likes his name because it begins with a P (which is what her name begins with if you dont know!)

dont know whether that is good or bad

That is sweet. I saw your dds name the other name. It is lovely and I imagine it really suits her.

Fio2 · 14/09/2005 16:15

there is a photo of her in member profiles maddiemo (or was) with rickmans children. it does suit her but i am biased
