29 days - have just done ours. Only thing is that if they meet fairly soon after that and have only just received your evidence, there's not a lot of time for them to consider it. Mine had to be in by Friday just gone and the panel are meeting this Wednesday. I emailed it in, but needed to add a few things, so when I sent in the hard copy and asked them to note the (small) changes, the reply was that they'd try, but the email had already gone out to the necessary professionals so no guarantees. Just make sure you've said all you want to say before you send it in. I panicked slightly under the deadline constraint when I realised the panel were meeting very quickly after my evidence was due in! Call the LA and ask them when the meeting is and give them enough time to consider your evidence.

thanks, the reason I was asking was because my son is a prolific school refuser with many issues regards to school witholding info etc. Due to this I received a letter in the post 3 days after my review was to be in!! The supporting letter states they want my views for 27th September, yet I got this on the 30th!! The letter was also dated 20th and envelope stamped 29th!! However if it had of been received on time I would only of had 7 days to do it. Anyway it's done now, hopefully!!! our review is on november 5th.

I submitted ours last week and according to timeline they ahve until Nov 10th to decide. Am hoping to get a decision before then as having to make secondary school choices and cutting it a bit fine timewise.
