for the first time since we had kids(ds is 18)
we are going away for 2 nights, just me and dh(ok db and sil will be there as wel, that will stop us just talking about dd all the time,as they don't have kids)
so we are staying at a nice guest house, with a cooked breakfast! pubs nearby:o
and have fitted in some shopping.

dd is at respite for 2 nights, so please cross fingers that she doesn't get some bug.

we are going to where my dad lived, so not too far, nice seaside place(quiet at this time of year) hoping to at last replace the sadness and arguments of last year with some happy ones.
