Is this part of the Governments ' big society' experiment, where they get everyone to do their jobs, don't pay for it and then take all the credit for it?
Worries me if they are looking at it. They should either know what's going on with benefits/funding/policies etc from the postings and change them accordingly, or they do know what they should be doing, but just don't care enough to do anything about it (it's all the financial crisis' fault you know, nothing to do with policy decisions)
