Do any of you use a timer for time out etc? (Like a big egg timer). If so, where did you buy it from. Thanks

I use one for countdowns to end of computer session, going out etc. We got it from Sensetoys - they have lots of different times as well.

We got ours from amazon and use it for time out, television, computer, bath, etc. You can get them with different time lengths.

Yup got ours from amazon .. Big timer like the ones school use... Come in different amounts of time ( different times are different colours)..
We use it for time out .. Screen time counting down how long until etc etc
it works well for timeout or calm down time because ds2 finds it calming to watch the sand pour through making it's patterns :)

Whatever you do, do not use the time timer for time out. DS tried to make the red bit go by pulling it and the whole bit came off, so a very expensive time out (cost £90). We are now using £1 ikea clock and show him when it will stop.

I got mine from Ebay - we use it to count down computer time (ours is yellow and three minutes)
