Any experienced gluten free mums...I tried gluten casein free diet for ds 2 years ago for a few months and after discussions have decided to try just gluten free this time...BUT what do I put in his lunchbox? And complete lack of knowledge here...What is gluten and is it found in his favourites e.g. jam, rice, chocolate, peanut butter....?

I am quite sensitive to gluten myself. Gluten is found in Wheat, Oats, Barley and Rye. I tend to shop in sainsburys as they label there products really well as to whether they are gluten free or not. They also have a "free from" range which is good. You could try your ds with rice cakes, or rice salads. You can get bread made without gluten as well, but it is quite pricey. IS he a fussy eater?
