I know should be wise to the potential incompetence from the stories I hear on here, but I was still totally shocked!
Took me endless phonecalls to get someone to make the appointment since we were due one, and none had been sent to us. But they hadn't made it after all!
Have been given another appointment next week so I will be able to discuss things then. But I still can't quite believe it. Was really embarassing because we waited for 1hr 30mins before there was someone to talk to and find out she wasn't in today and emotionally for me so much had been riding on this appointment I was in floods of tears in front of strangers
