You'll all understand if I post this here :)
I went to speak to the local wheelchair basketball team today. They've said I can do a film about them!
So happy, and they're a lovely bunch of people. I think this will be so much of a learning experience for me, and probably those that help out with shooting.
There's even talk of a film crew vs team game at some point :)
So now I'm trying to work out what angle to take with the idea. There's so many aspects I could focus on, I don't know what to do! But I think I'm ahead of people at uni in that I've spoken to someone. Any ideas? One lady suggested picking maybe 3 people and following them to show their home life and then their life on the court and how it can be totally different, which I like the idea of, but could be tricky...
Was very proud of myself, I felt really confident for a change, maybe it's the new hair??
Anyway, thought I'd let you know as I posted about it last night :)
And I am definitely going to have to have a go, all in the name of research, of course! :)
