Got proposed statement through for ds today....Advice please?

Can anyone tell me what the key things are to look out for in this very confusing piece of paperwork please?

He has been awarded band D, 22 hours per week.

I have rang Parent Partnership, and will sort out a meeting with them to go through it with me.

Me too!! I found it as a word doc on a random website when googling for something else for my sister!

Thanks to everyone on here who gave me advice on my daughter's proposed amended statement and whether to go to a meeting or not earlier this week or not (didn't go in the end because sons OT appoint was on the same day - so just pointed out the law and case laws to them about specifying). Her amended proposed statement came today and almost has all the changes I needed in it :)
