I honestly thought it was obvious

Especially as she said "it's not a good idea to go straight to medication to sort these things out"

Apparently if I had just said I want ADs I would have got them Hmm

Have you got them now, or any other help? I have been wondering if I could just go in and ask for them. I don't have any spare time for counselling!

I didn't get any this time although I have had them before

I don't think they would have worked terribly well on their own, I needed the counselling at the same time. TBH not having the spare time may be part of the problem
