So she asked if she can have a party fro her friends in the evening

I thought a campfire, (pre-cooked) sausages to stick in the fire, marshmallows, hot chocolate & a sing-song

All in warm clothing under a tree outside?

No problem - I used to do events (buffets/parties etc); where & when & how much do you want to spend per head.....for MN I'll do it at cost
