Has anyone taken/done a report to take with them to statement review?

Just wondering if so, what did you put?
We have asked for an early review and have filled in a form with regards to this, but really are pushing for full 1-1 rather than the 17 hours pre dx he received.

Also found out that today there was another incident at school.
He was play fighting with a friend something that for us is a good thing as he has A) little imagination and B) not many friends, if any. Well the dinner lady spotted them and thought they where fighting so put him against the wall. Obviously resulting in a massive meltdown.
