It's my birthday

It's my birthday and I'm feeling quite down.

Not a single thing to look forward to in the coming year.

I'm not 'down' enough to talk to a doc. But it is affecting me.

Anybody here able to cheer me up?

Good luck with the choir :) used to do that years ago and had forgotten how much fun it was.

Thanks everyone for your support yesterday.

I did the choir and it was fabulous - I now feel a million times better than I did yesterday :)
